We have a strict policy about late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows. We charge $45 for the following: a) if you don’t call ahead at least 24 hours to cancel an appointment, b) if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment and we have to reschedule, or if you miss an appointment completely. We really like to see pets during every appointment available!
